Samsung Captivate Glide has been announced by Samsung for AT &T in this October. This phone is also known as Samsung Gidim, Samsung I927 Galaxy S II and Samsung Galaxy S Glide. This phone will be releasing in the same month, which means it’s going to (expected) release this October 2011.
The phone has 4.0 inches touchscreen super AMOLED display having 480 x 800 pixels of resolution. The display features Multi-touch input method, Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Touch-sensitive controls, Touch-sensitive controls, Proximity sensor for auto turn-off, Gyro sensor, QWERTY keyboard, Gorilla Glass display, and TouchWiz UI.
It has greatly blessed with 8GB internal and 32 GB expandable memory. It also has 1GB RAM and 1GB ROM. Users can store unlimited contact entries and call records in the phone.
Samsung Captivate Glide will be running on Android OS v2.3 Gingerbread. It will have 1GHz Nvidia Tegra dual-core processor.
These specifications of RAM, OS, and processor will help this phone to process the request faster. As you all know that Android is one of the fastest operating systems for cell phones so It boosts the processing speed of the phone.
The phone has support for GPRS, EDGE, 3G, WLAN, Bluetooth, and USB. With its GPRS and 3G network, you can enjoy one of the fastest internet connectivity. USB and Bluetooth will help in transferring files and folders from one device to another.
